How do I restore a purchase?

Purchases are tied to your Apple Account. On a new or reset device, sign in with the same Apple Account, open the app and use its Restore Purchases option. In Nine Deep Sudoku this restores the Full Game; in Before the Oath it restores your subscription.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, choose Before the Oath, and change or cancel it there. See Apple's guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where is my progress stored?

On your device. Our apps have no accounts or servers, so deleting an app deletes its progress.
